the following
changes to the Driving Licence
Regulations are law:

CBT Certificates have a life of two years.

|
Car drivers passing their test after 01.02.01
need to complete a single CBT before being allowed to ride a
moped. |
|
Category restrictions on CBT Certificates were
introduced. |
|
The two year on – one year off provisional
motorcycle licence rule ended. |
|
All candidates taking a practical motorcycle
test are required to take the Motorcycle Theory Test and Hazard
Perception. |
